Are you pregnant or have you recently had a baby?

This is the perfect opportunity to exercise and meet other mums to be/new mums, share experiences, socialise and support each other.

The LS6 Clock Cafe has a lovely new studio with reclaimed pitch pine floorboards. They have baby changing facilities and high chairs.

Claire Sparrow and myself can now offer a full range of exercise classes for all your needs pre and post natally. Starting at LS6 Cafe, (also known as the Clock Cafe, Hyde Park Corner)

Advice given on:

- Info on all aspects of exercising during and after pregnancy

- The hows, whys and things to avoid

- Clear explanations with pictures

- Exercises to do at home during each trimester

Prenatal Class

Postnatal Class - Bring your baby to class, meet other mums and stay after for a coffee and a chat.

Thursday 10.30am

Postnatal Class - Bring your baby to class, meet other mums and stay after for a coffee and a chat.

Pre and Post natal classes run throughout the term, bookings taken on a 6 consecutive week cycle. 

Please note you can miss 1 session per 6 week cycle and make it up at another time. The session you are making up must be booked in advance.
