Kath draws on her extensive knowledge of Pilates and her experience in Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Orthapedic massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, Bio-Feedback, NLP, Champissage and PNF stretching techniques to provide an integrated personal programme.

Kath uses matwork exercises, small equipment and The Reformer for atheletic conditioning; weight loss; rehabilitation from injury; and remedial Pilates.

Pilates is great ofr improving your posture and re-establishing new improved movement patterns. Kath uses humour and gentle but firm encouragment to support you to reach your goals whatever they are.

Kath has already sucessfully helped people with chronic lower back pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis, frozen shoulder, RSI, tendinitis, rotator cuff injuries
