Troubleshooting

Having problems with your practice for example:

Achy shoulders not getting better?

Can’t seem to get the hang of an exercise?

Still no idea when to breathe in or out?

Not sure if you’re engaging the right muscles?

Don’t understand neutral spine? ·

Not quite sure if your contracting the pelvic floor/belt muscle properly?

Low back still hurts?

Don’t keep them to yourself, mastering pilates is akin to learning a language or an instrument.

Practice, patience and persistence are vital qualities in the ultimate successful accomplishment of any worthwhile endeavor." Joe Pilates

A one-to-one will help you to move forward with your practice getting much more out of the classes.

So why not come and iron out those sticking points/problem areas?
